"Several resources on safe patient handling to assist you in efforts to negotiate for a program in your facility and for advocacy on HR 378, the federal safe patient lifting bill. Some of these resources were developed for Nurses Week in May. Some were developed for the UAN Labor Leader Institute last month. Some have been generously shared by the Minnesota Nurses and Oregon Nurses.
