Rehab Hospital of the Pacific LPN's ratify new contract!

LPN’s ratified their new three year agreement!. Contract details include a significant reduction in Medical/Dental coverage. For example, LPNs were paying about $380 dollars a month, but now they have locked in the Employer’s increases in the Caps for the next three years, the LPN will now pay about $87.00 per month for their family plan. We also obtained more security coverage in the way of protecting the LPN from any future increases in their Medical and Dental plan over the next 3 years. More LPN’s will also now qualify having every other weekend off, and more money was added to their education fund. At this time, I do not want to list their wage increases until the big-5 negotiations are over.

The voting LPNs voted 100% to accept their new agreement.
