Ratification of this settlement agreement will take     place by vote. All members of the Hawaii Nurses Association are encouraged to attend and cast your vote. Please bring a photo ID with you.

WHEN: Thursday December 4th and Friday December 5th. 6:00 am     to 8:00 pm
