Aloha, my name is Irene Pu'uohau-Rodrigues and I am your Labor Relations Specialist servicing the members employed with the Hawaii Pacific Health. I joined the HNA in July 2008, exclusively assigned to the Straub Hospital and now service all of Hawaii Pacific Health which also includes the Kapiolani Women's and Children's Medical Center, Wilcox Hospital, and Kauai Medical.

I believe that representation requires experience, education and passion. My labor experience includes but is not limited to, representing employees as a Union Steward and delegate for over 17 years and my tenure as Union Agent on behalf of the members of the United Public Workers and the HGEA. My educational background includes a BA in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Chaminade University and my passion for the work comes from a drive to insure that each and every member is competently represented to the best of my ability, with integrity and without compromise.
