Make a difference in your workplace by taking this short 10-15 minutes survey on MRSA in your workplace and community. As nurses and health care workers we come into contact with MRSA and its severe outcomes every day. This is your chance to provide valuable information to make a difference
(We will assume you give your consent to participate if you fill it out and return it)
Please read the message from the study authors below for more information:

Dear Participant,
You are being asked to participate in a research project being conducted as a component of a thesis for a Master's Degree. The purpose of this research is to understand the knowledge and perceptions of diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and needs regarding Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in the community as well as the hospital.
We are contacting you because you are involved with a health care organization and may be able to help us in understanding these bacteria and the infections they produce.
Participation in the project will consist of filling out a survey that will take 10-15 minutes. Your responses will be held in confidence and reported only in an aggregate form without any personal identifiers. Your e-mail address will not be shared or used in any future correspondence.
Participation in this research project is completely voluntary. Participating in this research will not have direct benefit to you, your family, or your friends, BUT the results may help guide future efforts in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of S. aureus and MRSA infections.
If you have any questions regarding this research project, please contact Alan Tice, MD or Brandyn Dunn, at (808) 538-2881.
