Notice and Agenda to Members of: Special Meeting of House of Delegates

Pursuant to Article V, section 7 of the HNA bylaws, a Special Meeting of the House of Delegates has been called. The meeting will be held:

Date/Time: July 23, 2011 Registration: 9:00 a.m.; Meeting starts promptly at 9:30 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting is:

(1) Opening remarks – John August, Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions

(2) Adoption of revised HNA Constitution and Bylaws (Complete revision)

(3) Two proposed amendments to HNA Bylaws

(4) Welcome/Closing remarks
