NEGOTIATING A LABOR AGREEMENT:   A course for Union negotiators -

Day 1 will cover in detail the law of the bargaining table under the National Labor Relations Act, including the right to information, the duty to bargain, and good faith versus bad faith bargaining. 

Day 2 will focus on organization and presentation strategies for negotiators, and the skills, strategies and table tactics for negotiating with management.
