The Nominations Committee compiled the nominations for the 2010-2011 term of office on Wednesday evening, October 7, 2009.

Three of the nominees were nominated to more than one position on the Board of Directors, so we have given those members until Saturday October 10 to state which office they wish to pursue.  When we have a complete list of all nominees, the list of candidates will be posted on the website and each candidate will be notified by mail.

HNA's Articles of Incorporation provides that if a member is properly nominated and eligible for office for a position with no opposing candidate(s), that is, an uncontested position, then the nominee/candidate is duly elected to that position.  For example, if there are only two candidates for a District Director position,  and there are two positions open, both candidates are duly elected upon nomination.
